1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy govern your use of AREESE coaching services, including:

• Website: www.areese.org
• Mobile Application ("App")
• Offline/Online Classes, Study Materials, Tests, and Related Services

By accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Enrollment & Fee Structure

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full/partial payment and submission of required documents.
• Trial Classes: Students may attend up to 7 trial sessions (online/offline) before formal enrollment. No trial fee is refunded.

3. Terms of Service

A. Enrollment & Fees

• Fees are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical issues) with valid proof.
• Late payments incur a penalty (₹500/month).
• Batch transfers are subject to availability and administrative approval.

B. Attendance & Discipline

• Minimum 80% attendance mandatory. Excessive absenteeism may lead to dismissal.
• Misconduct will result in suspension/expulsion without refund.

C. Intellectual Property

• All study materials and recordings are copyrighted. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

D. Disclaimers

• No rank/score guarantees. Results depend on student effort.
• AREESE is not liable for internet/device failures.

E. Termination

• AREESE reserves the right to terminate access for violations.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds allowed only within 7 days of enrollment (10% processing fee applies).
• No refunds for downloaded materials or completed classes.

6. Amendments

Terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice. Continued use implies acceptance.

7. Super30 Batch

Eligibility

• Based on academic scores and financial need (income below ₹3 lakh annually).

Selection Process

• Merit-based test, interview, and academic counselling session.

Fee Structure

• No tuition, material, food, or accommodation fees.

Performance Continuation

• Minimum 85% attendance, mock test participation, and monthly assessment required.

Discipline & Withdrawal

• Misconduct may result in removal from the program.
• Voluntary exit voids all scholarships; return of study material required.

8. Pay After Selection Batch

• Admission via merit test + interview + academic counselling.
• Fee payable only upon selection into listed top colleges.
• Legal undertaking (MOU) required.

9. Scholarships & Discounts

• Scholarships based on tests, past academics, or financial need.
• All decisions final. Fraud cancels scholarship.

10. Academic Conduct & Discipline

• Minimum 80% attendance required.
• Misconduct may lead to termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

• All materials are AREESE property. Redistribution is illegal.

12. Disclaimers & Limitations

• AREESE is not liable for outcomes or connectivity issues.

13. Termination

• Violations may result in suspension or termination.

14. Additional Terms

• Admission is at student's discretion and risk.
• Institute not liable for incidents outside its premises.
• Institute may publish student results/photos for promotion.
• Communication may include SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
• ID cards are mandatory; long absences result in removal.
• All disputes subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction.

15. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Notice will be given 30 days in advance. Continued use implies agreement to changes.
