AREESE – Refund Rules

1. Form/Kit Fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Registration Fee: Non-refundable in all cases.
3. Short-Term Courses: No refunds after joining, whether classroom or online.

4. Pay After Selection Batch – Refund Rules

I. Tuition Fee

• No upfront tuition fee is charged before selection in eligible government medical/engineering colleges.
• If selected, pre-submitted blank cheque will be encashed per MOU terms after notification.
• If not selected, the cheque will be either returned or destroyed after NEET/JEE-2027 counseling.

II. Withdrawal of Admission

Fee Calculation:

• Total 2-year course fee: ₹2,60,000
• Per day charge: ₹356.16 (₹2,60,000 ÷ 730)
• Payable = Per day × Calendar days studied
• Note: No scholarship will be considered in withdrawal calculation.

Example: 120 days × ₹356.16 = ₹42,739.20

Cheque Policy: Will only be used for collecting due amounts. Misuse is subject to legal action.

Non-payment: Refusal to pay withdrawal fee may result in legal action by AREESE.

III. Study Material Fee

• Total: ₹15,000
• 50% refundable if not all materials are collected
• Non-refundable if all materials are taken

IV. Non-Refundable Fees

• Admission fee
• Bag and uniform charges
• Hostel fees (see separate hostel policy)

V. Security Deposit

• Amount: ₹20,000
• Refundable only after 1 year of course completion
• Early refund requests not entertained and may lead to legal action
• Failure by institute to refund gives student/parent right to legal recourse

VI. Refund Timing

Refunds (study material or security) will be processed only after 6 months from the date of admission in case of withdrawal.

5. Offline Classroom Fee Refund (Long-Term Courses)

Based on class start date in our records:

• Up to 15 days: 20% deduction (excluding scholarship)
• Up to 30 days: 40% deduction
• Up to 45 days: 50% deduction
• Up to 60 days: 60% deduction
• Up to 90 days: 70% deduction
• Up to 120 days: 80% deduction
• After 120 days: No refund allowed

Note: Kit amount is non-refundable. Refunds only after 3 full months of course commencement.

6. Jurisdiction

All legal matters related to refunds fall under Jaipur (Rajasthan) jurisdiction.
